eclipse all others. Forget The Ritz, Forget The
Hilton, Forget The Grosvenor we have THE TEMPLE
OF CONCORD AND VICTORY in The National Trust's
Stowe Gardens near Buckingham.
Sunday 8th May 2018 starting at 7
o'clock we will be firing up the BBQ then turning up
the volume to begin a disco party the like of which
nobody has ever seen before.
The Temple of Concord and Victory
in The National Trust's Stowe Gardens near
Buckingham was built in 1747 and named Concord and
Victory after the end of the Seven Years War - 1756
will not be playing music dating back to the mid
eighteenth century nor will we be serving food from
that era. Ours will be a retro disco with music
provided by Graham's Musical Memories.
We will be featuring golden
oldies from the 1960's, the 70's and early 1980's.
At one point we will slid right
back into the wartime years of the 1940's to dance
The Lambeth Walk.
amazing building, the like of which nobody but
nobody has held a disco in before, can accommodate
four hundred people. We anticipate the guest list
filling up VERY quickly.
The party is being held to
support Ronald McDonald Houses up and down the
country as they lovingly care for families with a
child sick in hospital. There are fifteen in

guest list we will ask you to make a donation to the
house of your choice via our JustGiving Page. The
minimum donation JustGiving will process is £2, you
can give what ever sum you wish from £2 upward. If
you are a multi[-millionaire we do expect you to pop
a few zeros after that figure 2 ! If everyone gives
£2 the party will raise £800. If everyone gives £10
the party will make £4,000.
